DS 9 E-TENSE 4×4 360: 360 horsepower and all-wheel drive with the expertise of DS PERFORMANCE.
Led by DS Performance, which has won all the Formula E titles in 2019 and 2020, the development and fine-tuning of the engine and suspension of the DS 9 E-TENSE 4×4 360 have resulted in exceptional handling. The dynamic serenity that DS Automobiles' customers have come to appreciate has reached new heights.
DS 9 E-TENSE 4×4 360 has specific front and rear axles with wider tracks. The braking system is reinforced with four-piston callipers for better force distribution under heavy loads, with 380 mm x 32 mm discs at the front (+ 50 mm x 2 mm compared with DS 9 E-TENSE 225) and 290 x 12 mm at the rear. As in the Formula E single-seater champion, mechanical effort is only provided when needed, after energy recovery. The dampers, springs and anti-roll bar are specific, as is the engine mapping. Whatever the trim level, DS ACTIVE SCAN SUSPENSION is offered as standard to take advantage of the DS suspension of the 21st century, which combines the hushed comfort of a large status saloon with the dynamism of a Grand Touring coupé.
A 200-horsepower four-cylinder engine and two electric machines, one with 110 horsepower (integrated into the front gearbox) and the other with 113 horsepower (coupled to the rear axle) are accompanied by an intelligent four-wheel drive system. The 11.9 kWh battery benefits from advanced management to conserve energy to meet different demands.
In zero-emission mode, the DS 9 E-TENSE 4×4 360 travels 52 kilometres on the WLTP urban cycle or 47 kilometres on the WLTP combined cycle.
Fuel consumption is contained to 1.8 litres / 100 km withCO2 emissions of 41 grams / km according to the WLTP cycle.
The top speed of the DS 9 E-TENSE 4×4 360 is electronically limited to 250 km/h, with the ability to reach 140 km/h on electric power alone. The 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in 5.6 seconds.
In addition to its exclusive 20-inch MUNICH alloy wheels and DS PERFORMANCE brake callipers, the DS 9 E-TENSE 4×4 360 has specific badges in the DS PERFORMANCE colours on the front and on the boot lid.
DS ENERGY COACH: an exclusive application
Developed with DS Performance and two-time Formula E champion Jean-Eric Vergne, the DS ENERGY COACH application helps the driver to optimise energy regeneration during deceleration phases. The scores are displayed on the central screen.
The assembly of the mechanical part and the ground linkage of the DS 9 E-TENSE 4×4 360 is carried out in the Poissy plant in France.

DS 9 E-TENSE 250: 70 km of zero emission range
The DS 9 E-TENSE 250 features a 4-cylinder PureTech engine with 200 hp, accompanied by an 80 kW (110 hp) electric machine. A new 15.6 kWh battery provides up to 70 km on the WLTP urban cycle or 61 km on the WLTP combined cycle. The on-board 7.4 kW charger allows a 0-100% charge in 2 hours and 23 minutes.
CO2 emissions fall to just 26 grams per kilometre, with fuel consumption rated at 1.1 litres per 100 km according to the WLTP combined cycle.
The top speed of the DS 9 E-TENSE 250 is electronically limited to 240 km/h, with the ability to reach 135 km/h on electric power alone. 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in 8.1 seconds.
